Potatoes can be planted using the Farming skill. An allotment patch is located between Taverley and Burthorpe. You can obtain the seeds from Head Farmer Jones by the Farming patch. Once you have planted the seeds, you are now time-gated, as you need to wait for IRL time to pass before you can harvest the potatoes. More on this on the next task.
